I need to get my driver's license

I'm making a promise to myself from right now that I WILL get my G1 before I turn 18. For the longest time I had to wait until I got my glasses to go for the test but now that I have them, I've still been slacking. I haven't studied or attempted the online test to prepare myself but I definitely will soon. Since I don't walk with my health card on me, the only piece of ID that  have is my student card from school and it sucks. Most people my age have their G2 by now and either have there own car or share with someone in their family. I have a pretty early birthday too so I have absolutely no excuse for slacking on this for so long. My sister is turning 16 next year and there is no way I'm letting her get it before me. By March of next year I will definitely have my license and that's a promise.

Part-Time Job

I came to the realization the other day that I am in desperate need of a part time job. I'm tired of asking my parents for money and I feel like I need to be more independent. Christmas just passed and I had to rely a lot on my parents to pitch in for my older two brother's gifts because I barely had any money. If I had a part time job it would help a lot because I could take some of the stress off of my parents and I would also have money for myself. If I had a part time job I would also be able to renew my Pan Am Center membership that is expiring soon but I can't because I'm BROKE. I honestly need to start putting in the effort to fixing up my resume and start handing them out to places because I can't take being broke anymore.

Family Get-Together's

Since it was the Christmas season, I had a lot of family parties that I went too recently. On boxing day my aunt held a little get together for her closest family and friends and I got to see some of my family that I haven't seen in a lot time. A few of my family friends were there and I remember back to the times when we were all so close. I would always refer to them as my "cousins" instead of family friends because that's how close we were. It was weird to see how much we had all changed but I really enjoyed myself. It made me miss the old days when seeing each other was a regular thing. Now that most of us are grown, life is catching up to us and we have busier schedules and not as much free time as we'd like. I hope that in the future we can make more time for each other so that family get together's can be more frequent.

Fabolous "The Young OG Project"

Since I was little I always enjoyed Fabolous' music. To me he was always an underrated artist and I felt like he never got the credit he deserved. His new album "The Young OG Project" dropped on Christmas day and once again he did not fail to disappoint me. This is definitely one of my favourite albums of 2014. Recently, J. Cole's album and this album have been the main music that I've been listening too.

This years Christmas gifts

This year for Christmas I really want Madden 15 and NBA 2k15. I'm not sure which I want more but I definitely want one or the other.

Christmas Time

When I was young, Christmas used to be my favourite time of year and now that I'm getting older it seems to fly by pretty fast. I remember how much I liked decorating the tree when I was little but now that I'm grown it feels more like a chore. I like how the house looks when all the lights and decorations are finished but I don't actually enjoy putting them up like how I did years ago. My siblings and I used to get a ton of gifts and the bottom of the tree would be flooded with presents but there is a huge difference from then. Usually we each get a gift each and then from other relatives we just get money and I've realized this time of year doesn't feel as special to me as it once did. I still enjoy having quality time with my family around this time but since we're all older, we have busier schedules and we don't always get enough time together. I'm really starting to miss the old days and part of me wishes I could go back in time so that Christmas could feel as special as it use to.

Maple Leaf's Goalie Doesn't Know Who Nelson Mandela is

This video had me dying because all he needed to say was that he didn't know who Nelson Mandela is, but instead he chose to lie and bullshit his way out of the question. If I was him, I would be so embarrassed right now.

Symbols & Signs Short Story Explanation

The short story "Symbols & Signs" is about an old couple that migrated over from Europe to America. The husband was a successful business man back in the day but in their new life in America he relied on his brother Isaac, who was a long time resident of the States. The husband and wife has a son named Charlie who was mentally deranged and often tried to commit suicide. It seems as if the child's problems put a lot of stress on the husband and wife and they grew old and tired quickly. They live with regrets and disappointments which is all a result of the life their child has been living. I like how the story ended abruptly with the third phone call from the person asking for Charlie. In my opinion the call at the end of the story was a nurse calling to inform the husband and wife that Charlie is dead.

Mike Brown Ferguson Shooting

Recently the news has been buzzing about the death of an eighteen year old man named Michael Brown who was shot and killed by a police officer (Darren Wilson) in Ferguson, Missouri. This story caught my eye because once again a young black male was killed by a police officer and the officer was not charged with any account of murder. I'm sick and tired of stuff like this happening because there is no excuse for taking away someone's life. I understand that sometimes the police are just trying to do there job but using their guns are not always the answer. In this case, Mike Brown apparently had his hands up but still ended up being shot to death. In my opinion I think the officer was in the wrong because firing shots should be the last resort. At the end of the day the officer is the one who has the gun, the bulletproof vest, and the upper hand against someone in Mike Brown's position. The police always claim that they shoot to defend themselves but what I would like to know is, how much damage can an unarmed person do to a police officer who has weapons and is trained for combat? I think there is no excuse for what this officer did and I cannot have respect for the legal system when an officer's brutality goes un-punished. I know that race is not always a factor however I seriously think that in this situation if the roles were reversed and it was a black officer and a white teenager, the officer would have been charged with some kind of murder. Here in Canada I feel like things are a lot better and justice is served more consistently then in America, however we still have our legal problems as well. Something needs to be done to ensure that justice is served to those who need it and I think this world still has a lot of problems that need to be solved. No one is above the law, not even police themselves and I am really disappointed in the outcome of this Mike Brown case. I just pray that his family can pull through and I hope that nothing like this will happen again anytime soon.

J. Cole's "2014 Forest Hills Drive"

I'm really excited for December 9th this year because J. Cole will be releasing his third studio album, "2014 Forest Hills Drive". His last album "Born Sinner" was definitely a great success and one of the best albums that came out in 2013. So far he has never disappointed his fans with an album so I hope he continues with his streak. This time around he is taking an interesting approach at its release because he won't be releasing any singles for promotional use. Instead he will just release the album on December 9th and it will be all new material for the fans to hear. Last year with his Born Sinner album he dropped it on the same day as Kanye West's "Yeezus", which was some heavy competition for him. Now this year he has some stiff competition once again because he will be releasing it on the same day as part one of "Lil' Wayne's "Tha Carter V" album. I'm curious to see who will sell more in the first week but I'm certain that both albums will do a good job. Overall I cannot wait until December 9th to see what is in store for this album.

Lil' Wayne's "Tha Carter V"

Since I was young I've been a big fan of Lil' Wayne and as I grew up his Carter album's have always been some of my favourite albums to listen to. So far none of "Tha Carter" albums have disappointed me so I hope the fifth one won't either. "Tha Carter V" is suppose to be released in more than one part and part one is set to drop on December 9th. Apparently this is his last album from Tha Carter series and it makes me kind of sad because these are always his best albums. Since it's his last Carter album I really hope that he makes it his best one yet, out of all of them the third one was my favourite but I'm hoping the fifth one will be able to change my mind. Lil' Wayne gets criticized a lot now days by some people because of the way he raps and the content of his music, however I was a fan of him growing up so I'll be a fan of his until the end of his career. As of now, I just hope on December 9th he'll deliver the album that he promised.

The Flash vs Arrow

There aren't that many new shows out these days that  like I like to watch however I recently started watching these two fairly new shows that are actually pretty good. The Flash and Arrow are shows about the superheros shown in the picture above, and both series' showcase action packed adventures of the protagonists. I'm not exactly sure which show I like better because they share so much similarities but also there are some distinct differences. I chose to blog about both of them at the same time because they are not only similar but the two shows actually overlap. Both of them take place in the same world but different cities and the heroes sometimes get a visit from one another. In fact there is a crossover episode airing not to long from now in which the two characters will go head to head and I can't wait.

Busta Rhymes falls off stage

This video had me laughing so hard. I heard he got a pretty bad cut on his head but even thought I feel sorry for him, I can't help but too laugh.

Halo Collection

This game is a collection of one of the best first-person shooter video games of all time. Since I was young, Halo has been one of my favourite video games and now I am fortunate enough to have gotten the collection of all of the games in one. Playing the remastered versions of these games brings back a lot of memories for me because this game was a big part of my life growing up. I already had a ps4 but me and my brothers made sure we got an xbox one as well, for this Halo game and all the future halo games that come out. I think these games were some of the most special to me and I'll probably remember them for the rest of my life.

2014 Pope Pep Rally

Today was Pope's 2014 pep rally which raps up spirit week. Since this is my last year in high school it means that this is the last Pope pep rally I will ever get to see. Overall I would say that I was impressed with this years effort and I think it was a job well done, I wouldn't say it was the best pep rally we've ever had but I think it's definitely up there. As usual my favourite part of it all was the tug-of-war because in my opinion this is always the most exciting event that takes place. I'm happy to add that the grade 12's were able to beat the teachers for the first time in a long time so I think all the people who participated should be very proud of themselves. I was also impressed with the Pope X-Factor contestants because they were amazing, it sucks that there can only be one winner because I think that it should have been a tie between two of the female contestants. The dance groups that performed were also pretty good, I really liked the dance off that took place because I thought the choreography was done really well. I would also like to congratulate the girl that sang the national anthem because even though she messed up the lyrics (which was really funny) I thought overall she did a great job and she has an amazing voice. I hope that in the future the pep rally's continue to be funny and exciting for the future students and I am sure that the teachers and council's will do there best to keep this tradition going. To end things off I'm sad that this was the last Pope Pep rally that I'll ever get to see but I'm glad that my last pep rally was as good as this.

The Story of an Hour (5 important phrases)

There are a few very important phrases from The Story of an Hour. The first phrase is "knowing that Mrs. Mallard was afflicted with a heart ttouble, great care was taken to break the news of her husbands death".  This is important because it is revealed that Mrs. Mallard's husband is dead and she has heart problems so it may be difficult to tell her the terrible news. The second phrase is when Mrs. Mallard says "free, free, free!", this is important because it seems as if she was glad that her husband was dead because she felt like she was free from him. The third phrase is "and yet she had loved him-sometimes". This is important because its said that she only loves him sometimes...not ALL the time like a wife should. "Go away. I am not making myself ill" is the fourth phrase which is important because Josephine is scared that Mrs. Mallard was making herself ill and might kill herself. Finally the last phrase is "when the doctors came they said she has died of heart disease-of joy that kills". This is important because in the end, Mrs Mallard ends up dying from the heart problems that she was revealed to have in the beginning. She was full of joy until her husband came through the door, proving that he was never in the accident and he was ok. The end of her sudden joy and freedom from her husband was enough to kill her, however everyone else believes that she died of being over joyed which was not the case.

Yearbook Quote

This is my final year of high school and graduation seems like it's right around the corner. Today was the day that all the grade 12's had to submit there baby photo and year book quote. It was really tough to choose just one quote because there are so many famous quotes that I have heard and liked. Finally I decided to go with a quote from a man named Ralph Waldo Emerson. The quote is "what lies behind you, and what lies before you are all small matters compared to what lies within you". The reason why I chose this quote was because I really like the meaning behind it. To me, it means that your past and future aren't always as important as the potential and possibilities that you have inside of you. I truly feel like I have a lot of potential and I know that I have what it takes to be whatever I want to be, and that's why I chose this quote.

Fast and Furious 7

Fast and Furious 7 Banner 570x265 Furious 7 Preview Teases Action & Paul Walker on Set
Just yesterday, the trailer for the long awaited Fast and Furious 7 movie was released. After the tragic death of one of the stars Paul Walker, who is shown in the picture above, everyone is excited to see what has been done with him in this film. Since he died before the filming ended, they had to use a combination of CGI and body doubles to complete the rest of his scenes. Hopefully they will make his last movie his best one in honour of him. One of the most exciting things about this film is that the main antagonist is Jason Statham, who is an incredible action movie star. Therefore this movie is certain to be great and I'm sure the fans can't wait to see what unfolds on April 3rd next year with the newly titled "Furious 7" movie.

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Not to long ago the trailer for the new Avengers movie was released and it is already the most viewed Marvel movie trailer in history. Ever since the first Avengers came out, everyone has been curious about what would be in store for the next installment of the series. Its finally on the way, with the amazing new trailer showcasing the movie's antagonist "Ultron", it is clear that this movie will be terrific. After watching the trailer I think it is safe to say that this movie will be far better than the first and I can't wait to see it.

Toronto Raptors 2014/15 Season

With the NBA season just tipping off, it seems like the expectations for the Toronto Raptors just keep getting higher and higher. With some new additions to the team and our current star players shown in the picture above, this season should be really good. Last season we were able to have our best season yet as we were 1st place in the Atlantic division, and brand names such as "We The North" sky rocketed. With the city standing tall and proud we can't help but to be excited to see what the Raptors have in store for us this season. With our first two games of the season wrapped up with a win, it looks like the team will definitely become a force to be reckoned with.

Post-Secondary Expenses

With post secondary school coming closer and closer I am realizing a lot of things I never realized before. The other day a guidance counselor came into our first period class and handed out sheets outlining how/when we will be applying for university/college. It wasn't until that day that I really took in how expensive post-secondary school is. The fact that we have to pay just to apply completely slipped my mind and I think that the expenses for post-secondary are far to much. After we pay to apply, when we are accepted we also pay our tuition, pay for our textbooks etc and much more. Not to mention that for all the people who plan to live on campus, that's even more money drained out of our pockets. Personally I think that this is unfair because we shouldn't have to pay for post-secondary or at least we shouldn't have to pay this much. We go to post-secondary school to be able to get a job afterwards and help benefit society and make a living. I think the amount of money we pay is far to expensive. There are people in this world who have the intelligence, the determination, and the commitment to do well in post secondary but sadly they don't have the money which I think this is unfair needs to be changed. Just recently I heard that tuition fees for some universities in Europe have been terminated, which means many students over in that region are saving a lot of money. I think it should be the same here because honestly I don't really understand why we have to pay for post-secondary school. If we don't need to pay for elementary and high school, why should we have to pay for post-secondary? I have three siblings and two of them are already in post-secondary school, on top of them my parents will also need money to put my and my little sister through university or college. It's crazy just thinking how much money they are going to spend on us all and deep down I think they shouldn't have to be spending all this money anyways. In conclusion I think the system in unfair and should be changed so that it can make a lot of people's lives a little easier.

Parliament Attack

Today I was informed of some terrible news. An incident and possible terrorist attack took place at the parliament building that was truly sad. A soldier was killed and other victims were injured in another senseless act of violence. I'm honestly tired of stuff like this happening, as soon as I heard the news I immediately thought about the families and friends of the victims. I pray that they can get through this tough time and feel enlightened when the people responsible are brought to justice. I will never understand how someone can take away innocent lives for no reason, it scares me to think that there are people out there who are like that. How many innocent lives must be lost before we realize that we must be peaceful with one another? After today, I am really glad that "Peace" is the virtue of the year for our school because it's something that we all desperately need. I would advise parliament to use today's incident as a wake-up call and raise the security/defense so that they will be prepared for any future attacks. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again in the future and I pray that we can all get past this dark time.

Fame

Since I was young, I've always admired certain celebrities. Usually people look at celebrities and wish that they were in their position but honestly, I never do that. I've always wanted to be rich but I will never want to be famous. I personally don't think I can handle the pressures of fame. One of the biggest reasons why is because I see the struggles they go through with the paparazzi. There are countless video's of Kanye West cussing out or attacking paparazzi's and honestly I don't blame him. I saw one video where the paparazzi were outside of his house at like 4 in the morning, and honestly I think that's ridiculous. They have no business being on his property and that should be illegal. Just the other day there was a video of the female rapper Iggy Azalea, cussing out a paparazzi who followed her through a super market. In my opinion, things like this are wrong and should be stopped. Paparazzi should only be allowed to take photos at public events and stuff because following celebrities around during their private life is wrong. There have been other cases where the paparazzi have swarmed a celebrity's car and made them unable to drive away without running someone over. These kinds of actions sicken me because this should never happen. Celebrities are people to and should no be treated this way, its unjust and unfair. If I was a celebrity I would not be able to handle it, by now I would have had countless assault charges and court dates from me attacking paparazzi. I hope that one day, boundaries can be set for paparazzi so that it can make celebrities lives a little easier.
Another reason why I would not want to be a celebrity is because when you are in the public's eye, its almost as if society is waiting for you to make a mistake. People love seeing celebrities mess up and get in trouble, it gives them something to talk about and put all over the news, If I was famous I would feel like I always have to watch my back and think twice before I do anything. When you are famous you will always have haters and whether they hate you for something you did or for absolutely no reason, they will always be there. No matter how good of a person you are or how hard you try to stay out of the limelight, if you are famous you will never have a normal life. That is why I would never want to be famous.

Pet Peeves

For the most part, I'm a pretty laid back person who doesn't get annoyed easily. But just like everyone else, I have pet peeves to. One of my biggest pet peeves are people who lie for pointless reasons. I'll never understand why certain people lie when it's unnecessary to lie. Everyone lies at some point but there are people who go overboard with it. I've witness lots of people lie and end up making the situation even worse for them then if they had told the truth. Once I find out that someone is a liar, it makes it really hard for me to trust or believe that person ever again. Another big pet peeve of mine is when people have a bad attitude towards almost everything. In school there are always those people who door poorly because they're to busy acting like learning is stupid and they are to good for everyone else. I'll never understand how those people get by in life, they never do work and never participate, so what is the point of even coming to school? I don't always enjoy school myself but I know it's something I need to go through with, so why not just keep an open mind about it. My next pet peeve kind of relates to that one because it is about people who never put in effort into the things they do. No matter what you are doing, you should always try and put effort into it. I hate when people are working with others in a group or are in a relationship with someone and never put effort into it and never do their share. You can't always take a backseat in life and get a free ride, everyone must work hard to achieve whatever they are trying to achieve. I discovered a new pet peeve I have recently when I was in an argument with a friend about something. I knew that he was wrong and I was positive that I was right, but he insisted that he was right even though he wasn't. This made me realize I have a pet peeve I never knew about. My new pet peeve was that I hate when people think that they are right even though in all truth, they are wrong. The list just keeps piling up.
Even at home, there are many pet peeves I have about my own family. For example, I hate when people leave my door open after they come in my room. This irritates me so much because if my door was closed before you entered, you should close it back when you leave. If I see someone's door is closed before I come in, I'll make sure I close it when I leave because its all a part of manners. I also hate when people don't knock when they enter my room, it's just as bad if not worse then leaving the door open. For all they know, I could be changing my clothes or something which is why you should always knock before you come in. Aside from those, I also dislike doing pointless chores. For instance, making my bed. In my opinion that is a pointless chore because why should I have to make my bed if I'm going to go sleep in it later on. Nobody other than my family members will be going in my room so who cares if my bed is made or not. A bed is made for sleeping so if nobody is on it and nobody is using it, that doesn't mean it has to be made. I will be sleeping in it again during the night so making it up during they day for absolutely no reason is pointless. In conclusion, I have lost of pet peeves and I'm sure there are still more I will discover later on.

What If I Lost My Dream of Becoming Rich?

Ever since I was young, I always envisioned myself growing up to get high paying job. I wasn't always sure what I wanted to do with my life but I just knew that when I was older I wanted to be rich. The reason why I wanted to be rich was because in my eyes it would make life easier for me. First and foremost, if I had lots of money I would be able to take care of family. This is probably one of the biggest reasons why I would want to be rich because my family is the most important thing to me, and I would want to make sure we all have everything we need and more. Also I would use the money for the future family I plan to have on my own, and make sure that my future kids don't need to go through any of the struggles that I went through when I was young. Don't get me wrong, I would never raise my children to be spoiled because I would teach them that nothing in life comes easy and you need to work hard for everything. Throughout my life I've heard the saying "Money Makes The World Go Round" many times and when I sit down and think about it, it's actually true. Nothing in life is free because everything in the world requires money. There are lost of places in the world that don't even have free health care like we do and there are lots of people who are less privileged then we are. If I was rich, I would live well and give back. People say money doesn't buy you happiness which is technically true, but money would make my life easier and with an easier life I think I would be more happy. I wouldn't need to worry about people trying to friend me up just for my money because I have close friends now that obviously aren't with me for my money because I don't currently have any. The only people I would be worried about getting close with me for my money would be women, because you never know if they truly love you or not. In spite of that, I would probably just not tell them that I am rich until the time is right. If I ever chose to get married I would make sure I get a prenup so that if there is a divorce, the girl won't get half my stuff. Aside from that I see no downside to being rich, It would make my life easier and more exciting. I will be able to travel the world, meet new people, and try new things. I would be able to get a big house with all the luxuries I desire, such as a basketball court, a home theater, video games, cars, and much more. So at the end of the day if you think money doesn't buy you happiness, that's fine for you. But if I get a life like what I envision for myself, I will be truly happy.
If I end up not becoming rich and I lose sight of my dream, that will also be okay. Because I've made it this far in life without money so I know I will be able to make it further. Becoming rich doesn't mean everything to me, but it means something. I admit that I will be disappointed if I don't get rich in the future, but at the end of the day I know either way I'll end up being fine.

Story Of The Beautiful Girl (In class assignment)

I spend my nights in bars with men. I go home with a different one every night. They usually give me a ten, except for one. He takes me out to the beach and spends time with me. While it's nice to have someone to be with, I'm not sure if he's really here with me. All he talks about is my beauty and speaks nothing of my soul. I wish I were ugly, so men would love me for something else, and women would not hate me. All my life, my sisters and girls at the convent accuse me of misusing my beauty and not using my mind enough, they were jealous. With such strong hate and weak love, what is there to live for?

Kobe Bryant, The Closest Thing to MJ?

Kobe Bryant has been my favourite player for a long time now. He's my favourite player because aside from his tremendous skills, he has the right kind of attitude. He's a go-to player who always wants the ball in his hands during crunch time. To this day, I have yet to see another player match his determination and desire to win. Now days most people only study LeBron and Durant but too me Kobe is still number one. He is the closest thing to Michael Jordan that we're ever going to see and this video helps prove it.

Guy Drops IPhone 6 on Live TV

This was one of the most embarrassing things I've seen recently and I couldn't stop laughing. Poor guy should have never tried to open the phone right out there in the open, I know he's regretting it now LOL!

Favourite Hobbies

In my life, I have countless hobbies that I enjoy doing. Some of my biggest hobbies are watching and playing sports. My favourite sports to watch/play are basketball and soccer. I also really like watching TV and movies. I'm a big fan of The Fast and Furious movies, Transformers movies, The Dark Night trilogy, and most of the marvel movies like Spider-man and The Avengers. If I had to choose one movie to be my favourite, I honestly wouldn't be able to because there are so many that I like. Music is also a really big hobby of mine and I can hardly go a day without listening to some. My favourite types of music are Hip-Hop and R&B. When it comes down to who my favourite artist is, once again I won't be able to choose my favourite because there so many different artists I enjoy listening to. My favourites would include Jay-Z, Nas, Eminem, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Meek Mill, The Game, Fabolous, Chris Brown, Lil' Wayne and many more. Aside from sports and music, I always really like playing video games. I'm pretty much a fan of all types of games and I play almost anything. Right now my favourite games to play are sports games like NBA 2k or Fifa, and shooting games like Call of Duty or Battlefield. My favourite system is my Playstation 4 and I'm a big fan of X-box too. But besides all of the hobbies that I've listed, the biggest and most important hobby of mine is spending time with my friends and family. None of my other hobbies would be worth anything if I didn't have my family and friends to share it with. That's why that is my favourite hobby.

Rap Music

Since I was little, rap music has always been my favorite genre of music. My older brother's were really into rap music and since I was always around them, it really rubbed off onto me. The reason why rap is my favorite type of music is because I feel like it gives the artist more freedom than any other type of music. Rap music allows artists to say what's on their mind at any given moment or time, and allows a greater use of emotions than some other forms of music. Some people who criticize hip-hop say that it takes no talent and that anyone can rap, personally I think they're wrong. Anyone can try and rap but that doesn't mean they'll be good at it. I believe some people are born to rap and just have a way with words that makes them unique and separates them from others. Sometimes hip-hop is looked down upon because it isn't always the most appropriate music, however I find that a lot of people only study the bad things about the music and forget the good things. A lot of the talented lyricists get out-shined by the songs that get more radio play, however the songs on the radio aren't always the best songs that hip-hop has to offer. Older generations including my own parents say that rap music is nothing more than cussing and vulgar but they never truly give the music a chance. I admit that there is a lot of that in hip-hop but that does not mean that every rapper does that. In my eyes I feel like hip-hop music is over-looked and doesn't always get the attention it deserves. Even in our schools and in our communities, there are many young people who are talented rappers but they don't always get a chance to shine. My very own school has singing competitions such as "Pope Idol" and clubs such as "The Sophisticatz" that showcase the talent of the singers in the school, but what about the people who are talented at freestyling and rapping? When do they get their chance to display their talents? In conclusion, hip-hop is constantly misunderstood. It's a music that represents the youth and should not be looked at any differently than the other genres of music out there.

Mike Tyson Tells Off Reporter

At first this video made me laugh but then I started to think about it and I actually feel bad for Mike Tyson. He came for an interview about his new show and the reporter had no right to say something like that to him. In my eyes, Mike Tyson had every right to say what he said and if I was in Mike's shoes I would have said the same thing.

Time Flies

It's strange knowing that around this time next year, I will be in University or College. The fact that time is moving so fast literally scares me. All the stress of figuring out what I want to do with my life is really getting to me and it's beginning to feel like I'm in over my head. It use to feel like I had all the time in the world to decide what I wanted to do in the future but it came so much quicker than I expected. My parents have such high hopes for me and it's scary to think I may disappoint them, my biggest fear is letting them down. Time has been moving so fast that I'm beginning to miss the days when I was younger and life was less stressful. I hate the fact that I will eventually transition into an adult and have to live in the "real world". I wish I could start over and go back to being a little kid that I use to be. The only thing I want in life is happiness and to achieve that I need to live the life that's meant for me and nobody else.
